We have aluminium pre-treatment facilities which are constantly monitored by Chemetall for quality and compliance with Australian Standards. The treatment consists of a five stage process

• Pre-Rinse
• Acid Etch
• Intermediate Rinse
• Chromate
• Final rinse

Our Aluminium pre-treatment tanks are state of the art with a remote control gantry
